Testing

What the laboratory records can tell you

We hold records for two submitted water samples. Both carry NABL identifiers; their figures remain unpublished while reproduction permission and document questions are resolved.

We hold two laboratory report records concerning submitted water samples. Neither set of figures is published today.

Permission. Both reports carry reproduction restrictions from the issuing laboratory. One states explicitly that results may not be reproduced except in full, without written approval. We have asked for that approval and do not have it yet. Publishing extracts in the meantime would breach the terms the laboratory issued them under.

Document review. Inconsistencies in one record are being resolved with the laboratory before any figure from it is published.

None of that prevents you from getting what you need. Quality and procurement teams can ask us directly and we will tell you what has been tested, by whom, when, and on what sample.

Systems

Read the scope, not just the standard

A management-system certificate belongs to the named organisation and stated scope. It does not certify an individual bottle.

What it covers

Each record names the company, standard, issuer, stated scope, number and validity period. Use the issuer's service to check authoritative status.

What it does not cover

Certification of the product. No ISO or GMP certificate certifies any individual bottle, its composition or its safety.

Questions

Questions worth asking

What do your ISO and GMP certificates actually cover?

The records describe management systems associated with Kudukoli Water Projects, not the product itself. Each lists a standard, issuer, stated scope, number and validity period.

They do not certify an individual bottle or its composition. Use the issuer's service to check authoritative status.

Can I see your laboratory test reports?

Laboratory reports carry reproduction restrictions from the issuing laboratory, so we do not host them until we have written permission to do so. We are working through that with both laboratories.

In the meantime, quality and procurement teams can request the current status and availability of those records directly.

Does a test report describe every bottle?

No. A laboratory report describes the specific sample submitted on the date it was tested; it does not define every bottle produced afterwards.

The quality page therefore keeps sample-report records separate from management-system certificate records and states the status of each.
