Who we are
This website is operated by Kudukoli Water Projects, the manufacturer of Aadeez, at Kudukoli, Post Perla, Kasaragod District, Kerala, India. In data-protection terms we are the data fiduciary for personal data submitted through this site.
You can reach us at contact@kudukoliwaters.com.
What we collect, and why
We collect personal data in one place only: the enquiry and contact forms. We do not require an account, we do not have a login, and we do not collect anything in the background beyond the analytics described below.
| What | Why we need it |
|---|---|
| Your name and role | To address a reply to the right person and pitch it appropriately. |
| Company or property name | To understand who is asking and route the enquiry to the right part of the business. |
| Email address and phone number, where requested | Email is required. Phone is optional on general and supply enquiries and required for distributor applications. |
| City, state or territory | To tell you honestly whether we can currently deliver to you. |
| Business type, format, volume band and timeline | To answer with real supply information rather than a generic reply. We ask for a volume band, not an exact quantity. |
| Your message | Whatever you choose to tell us. |
| The page you submitted from, and the version of the consent text you agreed to | So we can show later what you were told at the time you agreed. |
| Your IP address, briefly | Used only to rate-limit submissions and detect automated abuse. It is not stored with your enquiry and expires within an hour. |
Consent, and what it covers
Agreeing to the notice on a form covers one thing: using your details to answer that enquiry. That is separate from the marketing tick-box, which is never pre-ticked and which you do not have to accept in order to send an enquiry.
We store which version of the consent text you agreed to, and when. Withdrawing is as easy as giving it: email us and we will stop, and confirm that we have.
Who else processes your data
These are the third parties involved in running the site. There are deliberately few of them.
| Processor | Role |
|---|---|
| Cloudflare | Hosts the website and runs the form endpoint. Sees your IP address in the ordinary course of serving the page. |
| Our email provider | Delivers your enquiry to us and sends your acknowledgement. |
| Our customer relationship system, where configured | Stores the enquiry so it is not lost in an inbox and so we can show we replied. |
| Google Analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies | Tells us which pages are useful. It never receives your name, email, phone number or message text — see below. |
Analytics, and what it is not allowed to see
If you accept analytics, we measure which pages people use and where enquiries come from. If you decline, no analytics script is loaded at all — not loaded and disabled, but never fetched.
We do not send personal data to analytics. That is enforced in two ways rather than promised: the events the site is allowed to send are defined in code, so an event carrying a name or an email address will not compile; and before anything is sent, values are checked and anything shaped like an email address, a phone number or free text is dropped.
We use no advertising cookies and no advertising pixels. You can change your choice at any time on the cookie settings page.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not become customers: kept for up to 24 months, then deleted.
- Enquiries that become customers: kept for the life of the relationship and then for as long as tax and commercial record-keeping requires.
- Marketing consent records: kept while consent stands, and for a period afterwards so we can show when it was withdrawn.
- Rate-limiting records: automatically expire within one hour.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data of yours we hold, and give you a copy;
- correct anything that is wrong or incomplete;
- delete it, where we do not have to keep it for a legal reason;
- stop sending you marketing, at any time, for any reason or none.
Email contact@kudukoliwaters.com and we will respond. If you are not satisfied with how we have handled a request, you may raise it with the relevant data protection authority.
Grievance contact
A named Grievance Officer is being appointed and will be listed here. Until then, requests to contact@kudukoliwaters.com reach the person responsible.
Children
This is a business website. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
Changes to this notice
When we change this notice materially we update the date at the top and, where the change affects consent we have already collected, we ask again rather than assuming the old agreement carries over.
